Pay an Invoice
Invoices issued by the firm can be paid online. The payment form is hosted by LawPay, the payment processor the firm uses for client payments, and opens on LawPay’s own site rather than on this one.

Payment Methods & Card Processing Fee
The firm accepts payments by eCheck/ACH and all major credit and debit cards through LawPay. Payments made by credit or debit card include a processing fee of up to 2.95% of the payment amount. That fee reflects the amount LawPay charges to process credit and debit card transactions, and it applies only to credit and debit card payments — eCheck/ACH payments carry no processing fee.
Should you choose to pay by credit or debit card, you authorize the firm to charge your designated payment method for the payment amount and the processing fee described above.
What the Form Asks For
Have the invoice at hand. The form asks for the invoice number and the amount being paid, along with the payment details. If the invoice number is not available, the matter name is sufficient to identify the payment.
How the Payment Is Handled
The payment button opens LawPay, a third-party processor. Payment information is entered on LawPay’s site and handled under its own security and privacy practices. The firm does not receive or store card or account numbers.
Questions About an Invoice
Questions about an invoice — its amount, its scope, or its timing — should come to the firm rather than to the processor, which cannot answer them. Call (281) 456-4001, or raise it directly with the attorney on your matter.
Payment and Representation
Submitting a payment does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship or change the scope of an existing engagement. Representation is governed by the signed engagement agreement for the matter.
